Wasn't there 2 or 3 highly ranked DE's....

Nov 1, 2012, 8:47 AM

that said they noticed Clemson had filled up at the position and their attention wavered because of it. What keeps those doors closed? Do coaches still give those guys the "anything can happen between now and February" that we are so familiar with?

I like RN on paper, and he seems to be a decent kid. I just don't see him at Clemson. I know some other players in the past bucked their mothers and committed to Clemson anyway, I and can still hope RN does the same. But, if this gets much worse I, as a coach, would have to consider opening the door to that position a little wider for some of the guys that gave Clemson serious looks.

Notice the top of the board is now full.

This staff still considers RN committed....

Nov 1, 2012, 8:56 AM

and if they consider him a commit then they believe he is coming to Clemson. And if they believe he is coming that is good enough confirmation for me. IMO RN will sign with Clemson. Dabo will smooth things over as soon as the in-home visits start taking place. Dabo is the best recruiter in the country and everyone will see that on display again come signing day 2013.

Only "Nkemdiche's mother is a B***h" or "Fire Dabo" comments are allowed during the work week.
