This was a total team loss....meaning

The Tigers failed on offense, they failed on special teams and they especially failed on defense. I think the defense was just too young to pull this off. We got a gift with the Moore fumble recovery, but the dagger was getting the interception and then on the next play turning it over. Guess we just found out that Chad Morris and the offense ain't perfect and neither is the Tiger's season. Well, play it out and get to the Orange Bowl and the Tigers will still finish way ahead of expectations.

Yearly Goals

We can still achieve all of the goals set at the beginning of the year. The extra line at the bottom for the BCS championship was one we put on them. Hopefully this will bring home the knowledge that it's a lot more fun to win and will do that for the rest of the season. GO TIGERS!!

players killed us: AE & Jarvis Jenkins.

Rennie just doesn't have the size and physicality to disrupt Tech's inside ground game the way Jenkins & Thompson could together. Brandon was a monster tonight but it doesn't matter if his neighbor is being controlled.

What we saw tonight at running back is exactly the reason why we SHOULD be pursuing Keith Marshall hardcore. Fumbleitis and uncertainty about AE staying healthy on a weekly basis. Bellamy is a risk until he gains some size, strength, and learns how to protect the ball. At this point I don't trust him as the backup next year, especially considering AE's injury history and the number of snaps we run.
