Is there any doubt that as fans, we are ready?

The team has been preparing, but word from practice has been hard to come by. Are they ready?

The Endless SEC Praise Network will come rolling into town this afternoon and begin setting up for tomorrow's game. They'll sense what I believe we all feel ... tomorrow night is going to be special.

But are we really ready?

Are we ready to finally give Florida State the same sort of absolute pasting they so gladly given us over the years? Do we have the stomach to pin the Noles to the Valley floor like a quivering frog on a dissecting table?

When we have the opportunity to make Bobby Bowden look back and see that all his point pileups, all the stat padding, all the false pride he invested have been undone by Tigers who refuse to fear the spear any longer....will we.

D@MN right we will.

Because we're ready. You can feel it in the first game at home that hasn't required a pontoon boat and rain slicker.

You folks on campus can feel it when you pass the guys on the way to class. You can feel it in the chilly air rolling down from the hills. The spirit is moving back into the Valley, into its home.

We are indeed ready.

We're ready to end the uncertainty. Ready to shove a fist into the face of the next announcer who says "So, which Clemson will show up tonight?"

From this game forward, let it be known that there is only one Clemson showing.

The Clemson that is going to kick your @ss and destroy your hopes.

That's who's showing up tomorrow night. That's who we have been waiting so long to see.

That is, and will be, Clemson.

Spot the ball and say a prayer.

We are ready.
