All supposed to be bringing families...

If it were not for Lyn J Dixon and Tyson Campbell this Cookout might as well be a commit only get together.

How soon do we expect Lyn J or Tyson pull the trigger now???

Doesn't it? A little disappointed we couldn't convince at least a couple of these no-shows to show up...especially with their families. Dabo knows how to close the deal when he gets the mammas on campus.

We always seem to dream every season of landing all these highly rated guys, but it never really happens. Not to say we don't get some great recruits but will never get them all. It's just not that realistic.

There are rarely commitments occurring at the cookout. It more often occurs shortly after.

Lyn-J is committed to Tennessee. That would leave Tyson Campbell as the only uncommitted recruit at the Cookout this year assuming all this bad news gets confirmed by DHood. Maybe there's more to the story here.. Hopefully. Otherwise, disappointing.

No, I'm not in a panic. We're loaded already and will have what may be the best class ever, regardless. Having said that, this is our chance to really showcase Clemson to recruits, and to have this many of our top targets bail at the last minute is not only disappointing, but seems odd to me.

Salyer and Hill are coming up from Georgia, albeit Hill is coming from Warner Robins which is a good commute.

But with Cook, whether they planned on driving or just jumping on a plane and coming you'd think they would have known they weren't going to make it several hours ago. I would assume they all alerted the coaches of what was going on either way.

Ga state police had a road block on I-85. Stopping all dudes bigger than 275. They escorted them to Athens for party!.
