Help Needed

My use of TigerNet on my IPad and phone have, for all practical purposes, been eliminated d/t this gift card pop up ad. It now pops up every time within 15 seconds of me opening a post on TigerBoard. I've cleared History and Website data, and every other thing I know to do. Does anyone have any suggestions? Moderators? Thanks in advance.

These pop ups have caused me to quit using my phone or I-PAD to check Tiger Net....VERY FRUSTRATING.....
