Aerospace engineering

Jun 21, 2017, 10:26 AM

Any chance Clemson adds an aerospace engineering degree? We need more representation in NASA.

Why do dogs always race to the door when the doorbell rings? It's almost never for them.

I'd rather work with Rocket***

If you're expecting this to rocket you to the top you'll likely fall short.***

I graduated CU BSME '84 and retired from NASA about a year ago. A guy I graduated with still works for NASA. How much aerospace and aeronautics industry is in SC? That would have a lot to do with CU starting an aerospace engineering program.

I met a gentleman

Jun 21, 2017, 12:02 PM

several years ago who was one of the original scientist hired by NASA. I have talked with him several times about his career in aerospace and he is an amazing gentleman to spend time with. He actually shared an office with Werhner von Braun when NASA was in its infancy. The stories he can tell are almost unbelievable. He actually wrote the program for the Mars exploration several years ago. He is retired now and living in the NC mountains. One sharp guy. Everyone should meet an individual like this guy. It will make you work harder at what you do!

Very cool! Did he do much work on Uranus?***

I for one am glad you are stopping. You are one of the most ignorant posters ever. You obviously think very highly of your own opinion, unlike the rest of us - RockHillTiger
