I know he wants to play and help the team, but he's obviously still injured and it's severely affecting his play. He is getting blown away by 88 mph fastballs , not even coming close to hitting them. Since he got hurt, he is 1 for the last two series. He needs to not play at all in Louisville and hopefully be back for the NCAA tournament.

if it wasnt he would be catching. but he has a double and a home run and we need him in there.

No doubt. But every at bat except for 2 in the last two series have been very un-chris Williams like. Getting beat badly by fastballs, which normally doesn't happen to him.

Of coarse Chris wouldn't say if it was hurtng him because he's a gamer and wants to help the team. Like I said, it's unusual to see him get beat so badly by fastballs.

It looks like him behind the plate and whoever it is is light years beyond what we have had since Williams went down. 0-4 not cool, but that bomb was awesome. Knew it was gone as soon as it left the bat.
