How will the Sooners react to a new defense? Oklahoma plans a defensive shift back to a four-man front, returning to the base scheme not used since former coordinator Brent Venables left for Clemson. Yes, not only did he leave OU but the success at Clemson has been tremendous. They must be kicking themselves. Plus the Tigers beat them twice under BV. Hollywood could not have written it better.

Beat them ?
We demoralized them . We did things to them that shouldn't be done to a farm animal . They were the favorite in each game and subsequently got educated .
Venables has been the perfect fit with Clemson , and our defenses reflect his ability to motivate and teach .

Lol!!!! This made me laugh pretty hard. Best thing I'll read all day. You are absolutely right. They have to be clinically insane to let BV walk out of there while thinking they had a better option.
