Dabo needs to right this ship, and fast. Rounding up two reimbursements to the nearest dollar? If the NCAA can look past that flagrant foul, Notre Dame should be able to keep 6 players on their roster. Only fair...

Okay, sarcasm aside, these are infractions that we self report or are found guilty of by audits or something?

I would guess they're self reported , but that's only my guess .
At the Orange Bowl he suspended 3 starters when he could have done like Saban held off until after the season .
Our guy does things right , even when he knows it might hurt the team's performance.

punished; meanwhile UNCheat concocts fake curriculum to keep hundreds of athletes academically eligible over a period of 2+ decades and skates.

It is utterly ridiculous a school cannot round up reimbursements to the nearest dollar. NCAA focusses on the minutia while Rome is burning and nothing is done about it.

You can't round up travel reimbursements but some schools round down Whotney Room Rentals to the nearest $0.

Well it was self-imposed and minor, but there was punishment: "The staff member was admonished in a letter, and the small amount of money given over the limit was not sought."

Where is the UNC punishment.
