check here http://www.theacc.com/news/acc-football-on-the-acc-network-wofford-at-clemson-09-05-2015. if I'm reading this right, and I hope that I am. It's showing the game on these channels across the country. But this is what they are showing for SC.

Certain vpns allow you to change your location. You could find one change your location to New York and there would be no blackout.

The ACC app gives the watch game option on the Clemson game, not sure if it is blocked out though.
