5' 8" 158 lbs. as an 8th grader! Wow. He could be a stud. Only time will tell.

Seems a good size to me...he's got like 4-6 years to grow

and is already 160...for an athlete mind you.


If he was a DE or something...then I'd understand. Though he's no huge, I wouldn't necessarily say he's small for his age...


As far as the absurdity of recruiting kids this young, it's getting to the point where you'll be behind in the arms race if you don't.

5'8" 160 lbs was about the size of Martin Jenkins in his junior year of college
