Of course he is. If it were run by an ex-Clemson or ex-Georgia QB it'd be the same. Frankly, every HS coach has an Alma Mater. However, I think most of these guys have an idea of what they want. Coaches are important certainly, but at the end of the day it's the player who has to live the next 3-4 years.
I think TJ Chase knows where he wants to be. No one is 100% until signing day, but I'm positive he'll be wearing orange and running down the hill. He's going to be a great player.
Agreed and not every kid wants the same atmosphere. What

they do all have in common is plying and getting to the NFL. There is only one ball and so many plays per game. Clemson is a unique place with a unique product to sell. These kids look at the depth chart and want to play right away and with only 85 scholarships schools can only take so many kids at any one position. Speaking of what we have to offer, if you notice, most of the kids we recruit come from stable families with two parents. That is a relatively rare thing in the black community. Clemson projects stability and family. That matters to these kids, and more importantly, to their families. As long as we keep winning and putting kids into the NFL we'll have an easier time getting into the homes of the kids we want and Clemson will help sell itself.
