Now this is interesting news. The coots will have a complete make over this coming season. They are for sure looking at another bad season starting in September!!! I love it when chickens are cook like a goose!!! Slurrier just maybe will retire very shortly after signing day....

"The early departures of Brent, Whitehurst and Shaq Roland (who left the team prior to the Independence Bowl) mean the Gamecocks will have no more than two wide receivers who caught a pass in 2014 on the 2015 roster. Leading receiver Pharoh Cooper, 69 catches, will be joined by Shamier Jeffery, who had two catches last year."

under sporeor anyway, but good lord they return NOBODY on offense next season. I can't imagine any coots being remotely optimistic about next couple of years, and they know speoryer is going to be retiring soon too...tough time to be a coot...hate it for them. #bwaaaahahahahaha

AND they don't have a QB with any game experience to speak

of. I suppose they intend to line it up and give it to Pharoah Cooper on every play and he will be worn out in no time. It is obvious that slurrier is clearing the bench because they don't have enough talent to compete and he is desperate but it's not going to get done this way. Good times ahead!

Nah, just kidding. Things returned to normal quickly. Should have had the recruits take in women's game.(Basketball)
The tweets and Picture with Dicky V. The ##### and Dicky V. Something sounds weird.....lol
It's going to be good to see if the ole Coach makes it until that but whipping they'll get on that circled day in November. Can't wait. Will the score and will Dabo have mercy? Will one of the play signs we hold up have November with a circle on it.
Scott, Peake, Watson, Cain, McCcloud, Willaims, Brooks, Tyshon Dye, Hopper I can't wait. The stadium will be empty before halftime all 30,000 that showed up after losing every SEC game.
I know we shouldn't be so happy to see the way they treat their players and recruits backfire.
I told you so, LOL, go TIGERS!!!

Gotta make room for those Wake and JuCo transfers...

The most recent departures now leaves the Capons with just two (2) wide receivers who actually caught a pass in 2014 (Pharoh Cooper and Shamier Jeffery), and Jeffery caught a whopping total of two passes last year.
I still maintain that with a defense that will not be significantly improved and an offense that is likely going to take a GIANT step backwards, duplicating last years 6 - 6 regular season record in 2015 will be a real challenge for Chicken Central.

They now have 5 wr. They redshirted three wr class last year which was pretty good not great, and they have a 3 coming in this year. Gives them 8. Not bad but very lacking in experience. Wr however as we know is the easiest position for a freshman to play. They just better hope there is a couple players in the new guys.

That bears repeating often. The returning Coot QBs have only a few snaps in a real game. Perry Orth and Connor Mitch threw for a combined eight passing attempts in 2014. Sophomore wide receiver Pharoh Cooper threw the same amount by himself. Nothing like OJT

I think spurrear's plan is to let Cooper throw the ball and then run and catch it on every play. Should be fun to watch. They have ONE player - and that's cooper. You can't win a lot of games in any league with ONE freaking player.
Can anyone think of any other players they have that would be considered "game changers"? I can't.

but I do think Brandon Wilds is a solid running back and unless I'm mistaken the teams second leading rusher, but well behind Davis.

some coot games and was impressed, especially in his run blocking ability......then he met Grady, Crawford, Williams, Watkins, and basically the rest of the CU D. Weren't they supposed to be one of the better O-lines in the nation? Now they're losing the best ones they had. JT Surratt(sp?) and Pharaoh Cooper looked like the only consistently good players they had. Now it's down to just PC. These next few years are going to be so much fun for us, and so familiar to coot fans.

They can use all the coot logic they want to explain it away, to make it sound good. All is not well in Cooterville.
