treatment in regards to NOT having to sit out a year.
Ordinarily as a transfer, Helms would have to sit out the 2015 season. That might still be the case though he says he and USC will make an appeal to the NCAA for immediate eligibility.

What a load of crap! He wants to be closer to his sick grandmother, but it is 305 mile from Alpharetta to Winston-Salem and 237 mile from Alpharetta to Cootlimpia. So he is about 80 mile or one hour closer. He need to come up with a better story than that. He can stay a Deac and get beat by the Tigers or become a Coot and get beat by the Tigers. Either way, he won't win against us. This story is so lame, a coot had to dream it up.

He appealing on the grounds that he wants to be closer to help with his sick grandmother with whom he lives yet he was also considering Mississippi St, Texas A&M, and Penn St.
Hope the NCAA considers this list when considering his appeal.

Why are Coots acting like this a HUGE get for them? Any other time they bash Wake and the ACC, now they are talking like he's an All-American G and a big time D1 caliber player. lol I mean he's just your avg 3* lineman that played for Wake, but you would have thought they just got a 5* player to commit to them.

I like how the Coot sites are just referring to him as "All-American Cory Helms" when he's actually a Freshman All-American, mainly cause he started every game and how many other freshman are going to start on the O-line? Sometimes backup O-lineman get Freshman all-American.
