Has good natural instinctive ball skills. Like him as a DB. Tackling and physicality could improve. But legit 4.5 or better speed it looks like

Don't let the lack of stars throw ya. It's harder to evaluate someone that spends time at that many positions

Coaches may have found a hidden gem here :)
Especially if he brings O'Neal with him when he visits

Exactly, and the kid can put his body in some awkward positions to catch and throw the ball. As a DB I believe would be great fit for him and us!!!

His offer list says that coaches believe that he is better than his star rating says he is....
