What would the 2018 class look like if today was February 7th, 2018*
Some speculation/ and research/ and hear-say. Here's what I have
come up with for the 2018 recruiting class providing the class is
"about" 15 players. (who would you add, or subtract? Does this look
about right)

QB's, so Lawrence won't be on the list as he'll be heading elsewhere instead of sitting for at least 2 years before playing.
That'd be my great hope….meaning we solved a glaring problem so quickly.

IMG's WR, Brian Hightower.....Mike Williams type player.
But, as of today...I don't like our chances with him.
Maybe we'll make up some ground later.
Another player I am hopeful for is, LB TERADJA MITCHELL

Believe it or not, I think we need an upgrade at corner. I think these guys have underachieved.
I know many will disagree, but outside of AJ Terrell/ Mullin....there's work to be done.

That's a very optimistic list, I hope they all come. I really don't see Zamir White ending up at Clemson, I would love to take a couple of long DB's in the class. Surtain would be best case scenario for me

I DO see White coming to Clemson. He and XT are good friends with Trevor. June 27th, we will know about White.

Lol I hope you are right, hopefully those friendships will bring us a commitment. White's grandma recently said that he loves Georgia and Bama is recruiting him the hardest. Still a long way to go, but he hasn't said much about Clemson to this point

I was told Zamir White has told the coaches he's coming to Clemson the day Lawrence committed, he just said wants to announce publicly til June 27th.

Do you care to say who told you that? I hope that's true, I also remember reading from a lot of ppl that Rashan Gary and Kimdeeche were coming to Clemson. Clemson isn't missing on recruits anymore, the recruits are missing on Clemson

I've seen that too on Twitter and message boards. Same sources said XT was committing to us on the NSD that just passed.

Sign the top 3 players in the entire class, but still 12th behind the Bamas of the world who somehow sign 26 players every year

Alot of these recruiting services seem to play the numbers.
Although, it should be based on avg. Total points play into
it as well. Meaning, not getting 22-25 players isn't going
get a class ranked very high.

Zeus is a stud... as in like Herschel Walker - Bo Jackson type of stud. His tape is very impressive. Power, anticipation, moves, speed, vision...
If we have Trevor Lawrence and Zamir White there is no doubt we will have a Dynasty.

White isn't in the same galaxy as Jackson or Walker.
Those were 6'2" 235 lbs/ 4.2 40 guys who could do
what ever they wanted. Those players only come around
once every 40 years. I like White, really do. But he's
only, only the best back in the 2018 class....No more.
IMO.

Zamir White is 6'1 210 and runs a 4.35 40 measured at a nike event. He may not be Herschel, but he will be darn near the best RB to ever step foot into our program the minute he gets here.
Just watched his Jr tape and he is something else. Maybe not once a generation, but definitely the best in a few years it looks like.
