Robertin and Djitte simply must to be more disciplined

Nov 11, 2016, 9:44 PM

Djitte in particular because his presence is vital. He's made quantum improvement in his overall game since he arrived, but he's still a bit un-contained on defense.

Robertin's game is very raw and a lot like Sidy was two years ago.

But, we're going to need both of them in the game and out of foul trouble at least through December.

Djitte was fine. Refs had a tough game. Thought he did a good job of playing smart, two calls just didn't go his way.

Reed is a game changer.

Siddy played a fine game, no doubt. He just needs to

Nov 12, 2016, 11:04 AM

play smarter when he has 4 fouls and the game is on the line.

The foul he committed when the ball was going out of bounds was pretty needless and silly given the circumstances.

He can't afford to get fouls like that when he's already a target of the officials in the first place.

He needs to let that play go and stay in the game.

Very promising watching Reed and Robertin. I liked what I saw from the older guys and the additions! Going to be a fun season I think.

Whoever our big man is gets dinged for

Nov 11, 2016, 11:41 PM

barely touching a guy every year. Meanwhile Maten bodies Grantham literally 4 feet and Donte gets the foul. Some things never changed.

Sift with 8 pts and 9 boards though. When Thomas is eligible we're going to be strong in the post. And even Legend had a good game defensively which will be his role

Sidy, spell correct***

Not trying to be mean but....

Nov 12, 2016, 11:59 AM

Someone needs to lite a fire under Grantham. Potential to be a good player, but he doesn't
seem to have the drive to make it happen.

Agree, or no...

No. He's fine. Brownell said unsung hero of last night's game.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

He played 39 minutes, most of it out of position

Nov 12, 2016, 2:00 PM [ in reply to Not trying to be mean but.... ]

in the post against much thicker guys. Led the team in boards with zero turnovers. Only thing he didn't do well was shoot the 3, which with the time and physicality he had to play with, I can give him a pass on
