Prediction: Ferrell and Bryant

Clelin Ferrell will be all ACC 1rst team and lead the ACC in sacks and TFL


The combo of Ferrell and Bryant (even with the injury) will have more sacks than Dodd and Lawson had last season

The number to beat is 24.5

Ferrell - 15
Bryant - 10

I have. I went to a few last spring and the spring game. Ferrell is long and explosive. He looks like he has WR quicks.

absolutely need a speed rusher. I was counting on Bryant for this, but hopefully someone steps up. Not wanting to diss our secondary at all for the past couple of years, but we have created serious pressure on Qb's with likes of Goodman, Beasley, Dodd and Lawson and given no Qb time to read the defense. If we lose this ability, it will be big play after big play given up throughout the year. We need that secondary sitting back waiting for picks.

I do think Ferrell will lead the team. maybe 12.5

but with Bryant missing maybe 3-4 games, I don't see how they can do more than Dodd and Lawson

I do however think Wilkins and Watkins will be guys that will get more sacks than previous years for our DTs

more physical tools than Lawson or Dodd and I know that's saying a lot.

6'5" 265 lbs and he's quick as lightning. He stands out on the field.
