We truly have no idea. Dabo didn't elaborate. We've heard both Alabama and and OU had players that failed but those schools appealed...I can't say whether that is true or not. Just what we've heard.

I surely hope if there's any way a credible source can be located to back up those claims about Bama and OU that a story will be published and pushed to get picked up by other outlets on how Clemson handled this the right way, and the other guys chose to game the system for their own selfish gain.
I also hope that happens before game times tomorrow if it's all true, because they deserve to feel the negative publicity as well if their players indeed broke the rules in the same manner.

Alabama has not even said that it was a drug test issue. Almost a full day after the event, and longer than that since the test would have occurred it seems like somebody would have posed the question to the appropriate clemson press contact.

So they have players in trouble for something but no one knows exactly what they're in trouble for?

Correct, all they are saying is violation of team rules for the Alabama CB. Probably is weed , but they are not saying

while that is true, the selection committee enforces the NCAA rules. NCAA would not be there to test if they had nothing to do with it

Guys, I know that is the policy. That does nothing to answer the question as to whether the NCAA DID test in Miami. They did the testing before the Championship round last year.
It just seems like such an easy question to get answered from the Clemson Sports Information department. It is not a secret for goodness sake.
