Not sure what is in the water here at Clemson, but it seems every single player knows exactly the right thing to say. Have to hand it to our entire recruiting team and their ability to pull great guy after great guy. College football needs more modest kids like these.

Stay strong and Tavaris Barnes

Had the fumble recovery and TD caused by the Peter's hit.

When TB crossed the plane of the end zone, TD and play dead.

Amazing restraint for me. Tee'd up. Gold. :)

Actually, Grady Jarrett is the one who scored the touchdown. After the game, Dabo called Tavaris Barnes up to recognize him for the fumble recovery and Barnes told Dabo that he never had possession of the ball and that Jarrett is the one who scored the touchdown.

Tavaris carried it into the endzone , and I believe he lost control and big Grady jumped on it . It was sweet of Grady to help his friend pick up what he had misplaced.

Yep - that was Barnes' TD

Lost control after he got into the endzone. But there was no need to review it since Jarrett recovered the ball.

This is what tnet craves. First hand accounts.

I respect tb more so for giving Grady credit. Grady is a BIG favorite of mine.

I'll stick by my statement based on video review.

Just how professional our guys handle interviews? You don't see a lot of that caliber athletes in other interviews, IMO. It makes me proud of the way we recruit. We start with quality guys, and we reinforce that character from day 1. Recruiting that kind of athlete from the start is the key to that, and seeing them perform on the field, take responsibility for their actions and graduate is the icing on the cake to me. The success we enjoy is a process, and Dabo and staff do a great job of doing it the right way. IMO
