No trip up to Chapel Hill ... so we got that going for us ..

Which is nice.

Wow, 6 of 9 ACC home games on Saturday.***

Not a single easy game in 2015.

Posted: Aug 27, 2014 4:23 PM

Whose idea was it to begin the season with the heels when the students are away? Did Swoffie make this schedule?

Re: Not a single easy game in 2015.

Posted: Aug 27, 2014 9:52 PM

Just another case of tobacco road having it their way even when the odds is suppose to be against them. I think that most of us would agree that the ACC would be a pretty good conference for us if it was for John Swoffuckass hole and tobacco road favoritism....

I foresee an 0-5 start to ACC play.

Posted: Aug 27, 2014 4:30 PM

But a possible 10-8 finish in the league. It depends on how good Ga. Tech, NC State, Notre Dame, and FSU will be.

ouch could they have given us a worse starting ACC schedule

Posted: Aug 27, 2014 4:42 PM

North Carolina, at Louisville, at Pittsburgh, at Virginia, Syracuse

Only positive is we do not play any of these teams again and we only play Duke once as well, on the road though. And no UNC at UNC.

No way we start 0-5...

Posted: Aug 27, 2014 7:47 PM

UNC is shaky earlier in the ACC and Sryacuse will not be as formidable for their normal standards and we play them both at home. Even if we lose one at home we find away to win one of those first three road games. I say we start off 2-3 and the rest of the way is very managable.

Egads. That's a brutal league start, and it never really

Posted: Aug 27, 2014 9:03 PM

hits a cruise stretch for recovery. I don't know, but if you're a basketball fan, this is a bad a$$ league right now to be playing ball against.

Coach B will keep the team in most but a few games. If two new scorers emerge this year we can make a legitimate run for it.

Jan 3 @ Home against UNC sets up well for reunion night for some old school basketball throwdown action. The students will be miles away, so they should make a call out for a bunch of Tar Heel loathing old guys (i.e. T-Net) to step up and fill their seats and give those bums in baby blue a crowd beatdown for 2 hours and then some, win or lose. Could be a great night in what will be the last time we'll play the Holes in Littlejohn.

Gotta love some Tiger basketball.
