Suspension changes Germone Hopper's outlook on life and football

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney suspended wide receiver Germone Hopper midway through spring practice, but Hopper has started to earn the coaches' trust and even earned praise from Chad Morris Saturday. What does Hopper say about the suspension? How has it changed his outlook on life and football? Full Story »

I think Hopper can be a major contributor this year,

especially if Peake is still slowed by his injury.

If his head is on straight he's one of the most talented WRs

He's speed and quickness are not to be ignored. Also he's a tough player. i remember him getting rocked in the SC ST game and still made the catch for a TD

He is cleared to play @ UGA right?***

Oh yea, he's clear for sure.
As long as he's seen and not heard!

A players coach that doesn't discipline them for doing the wrong things , be it academically or legally is doing them a disservice. Looking at Tallahassee and Cootlumbia for prime examples of coaches who do not walk the walk.

We definitely need him. His acceleration

Is on the same level as Spiller and Watkins imo. He gets from 0 to 60 in a hurry. He's not as fast as Spiller or Watkins when it comes to straight line speed but I'm telling you his acceleration is definitely elite. If u don't believe me go rewatch some of the games last year when he was playing.

I would love to see Hopper come out and have a great season. He's such an athletically gifted player. It would be fun to watch him break out because he could shred defenses and they would never see it coming.

Deep ball threat with his speed. We need that.***
