Boise St probably made it because of it's blue turf and probably made it because of the West Point connection.

Greatest of all college venues

for college football but I sure don't like having the lard a$$es sitting on me during the games. Wish some of this expansion money would be used for individual seating. Twenty six people in twenty seats is not good for me!!!

Article says LSU has "one of a number" of stadiums

nicknamed Death Valley. Yeah, the "number" is TWO and Clemson was FIRST to use the nickname. LSU should be disqualified for their copycat ways.

To be fair

He lists Clemson as Death Valley and basically has LSU as the "other" Death Valley.

I have been everywhere.

.....Well, almost everywhere. I've 'collected' visits to other college venues around the country. Seen most of the SEC, Big 10, Big 12 and Pac 12 stadiums as well as most of the neutral bowl sites.

I am not sure who is second on the list of best college venues, but Clemson's Death Valley is number 1 by almost any measure. Everyone knows we're not the biggest, but we are the best. Visually, on television, especially for a night game, no one else is close. When you add in running down the hill, it's a slam dunk.

Clemson's Death Valley is the best college stadium, bar none.

Now let's win another title for Death Valley.
