Most potential for Clemson Tiger since Sharone Wright

No way he goes that early. I think he will be lucky to be dr

Drafted in the first round

Almost every mock draft has him going in the first round.

So to say he would be lucky to go in the first round doesn't make much sense

Who was his college coach. Coming out of HS and not highly recruited by any of the big time BB schools. After 3 seasons under Brad Brownell, as a junior is being considered a steal at #22 in the NBA draft. Coach-um up coach! Every player we get won't be NBA stars, but I'm sure our coach will get the best out of what players he does get. KJ maybe an NBA steal, and his college coach was a good hire for Clemson IMHO.

This stuff about KJ being a great on-ball defender

May 28, 2014, 12:31 AM

obviously comes from people who simply haven't watched him play. He is an elite shot blocker, both on and off the ball, but he honestly doesn't have the foot speed to guard any of the guys mentioned in this video.

one of the reasons he blocked so many shots,

apart from his amazing athletic ability, was his tendency to leave his man and go for the weak-side block. and he got a lot of blocks that way. but there were also plenty of times when he left his man to play help defense and his man burned us with a deep shot. but that is something that he will learn not to do in the NBA hopefully. i think he will be able to defend most 2s and 3s in the NBA. not the kevin durants and lebron jameses. but most.

FAT TAX NOW!

lockdown NBA defender?

May 28, 2014, 6:02 AM

Of Kevin Durant? Really? I think people get too carried away and have a little too much time on their hands.

Saying he can guard KD is a bit absurd

May 28, 2014, 3:30 PM

There's not a single player in the NBA that can guard KD.
