would get more than a $12 million signing bonus and a 2014 guarantee of $13 + million.

Even after taxes, he can probably buy his own airplane. lol

If Sammy keeps his residency in the State of Florida he will not have any state income tax to pay. Be smart Sammy and make sure you have a reputable tax advisor/business advisor. CJ will give him great guidance I'm sure!

Au contraire, mon frère..... most states treat pro sport income where you earn it. therefore he will pay a hefty amount to NY and the states where he plays in away games. his investments could be based in Florida.

Most income is treated that way I believe. Sammy will likely be paying out a ton in state and federal tax. The gub'ment is happy for Sammy too.

I'm sure Dabo has been in his ear also about money, family, being smart about it. That's what you get from Clemson, life long support and family. OBS wasn't even there for the Clown and doesn't care because he is of no use to him anymore.

I'm happy for Sammy

Glad I don't have to cheer against him anymore, he is a lot of fun to watch and seems like a good dude.

I am probably alone but I think it's pretty cool you have Spiller/Watkins and Stephon Gilmore as teammates and then Clowney/Jungle Boi and Nuk as teammates in Houston. Bruce E. seems to be friends with a ton of Clemson players (AE connection) so it'd be cool if he could join one of those two teams.

Although part of me would have liked to seen an Ace Sanders / Sammy Watkins WR duo in JAX.
