Complete the whole lower bowl...up one section,walk over to the next section and go down then walk over the next section and go up. The y usually start in the visitor section and go fowards the hill and around to the south stands and finish back in the west end zone. Players hate it and it deters players from faking injuries to get out of practice but also is conditioning exercise for injured players.
