You can defend the no-call at the end. But you can't reward a player for falling down. That call was atrocious.

I hope the higher ups see this

And realize that Clemson keeps getting screwed by the refs

What higher ups? Conference, School, NCAA?

Doesn't matter. We'll be here 10 years from now complaining about the same bad calls.

My point exactly.. They won't do $hiit about it

The higher ups? They are the ones that make we get screwed***

I mean NCAA, they can look into ACC officiating.

Look at all of the awful calls that cost not only clemson, but other ACC teams a loss against Tobacco Road. Threaten to replace officials if game costing bad calls are continuously made. Just do something

clean strip. Sounds like the previous play on which Hood went to the line was controversial, but I still have yet to see a good replay showing whether it was a foul...

Thats because there was no replay

Only the single angle where to all the world it looks like the Duke player loses control and falls down.

Point is you call both the same way either way.

Posted: Mar 14, 2014 11:57 PM

You do that and Clemson wins the game. It's not so much that both calls are the correct calls as that they are treated the same.

There wasn't a foul on duke player or hall

Posted: Mar 14, 2014 11:59 PM

That would most likely have resulted in Clemson win.

Hall would have gotten two at the strip!!!

You see...when you hit someone's arm which causes the ball

to get away like it did - the term is Reaching In and it is usually not called for Clemson if it is a close one with Puke or UNCheat

ESPN replayed it and Van Pelt said Hood just fell down***

Hall was hacked as he made his shot. He should have been given 2 free throws. But what do you expect from Tobacco Road Refs. Some things never change.

He was tripped. watch it again; tripped.

It didn't matter, but the no call on the walk on the previou

s possession was unbelievable. (The one when Harrison drove the court.) Kind of an indication of what calls we were going to get.

Brad, You may not be able to comment on that no call on last play, but we fans certainly can! That is the horrible state of affairs which is the ACC bias toward Tobacco Road schools. We have all experienced this for years and years and yet it never changes.
What can we do? Tell us and we'll do it.
We are so proud of our Tigers and the coaching staff and what you have accomplished.
Heartbreaking loss last night. It will take some time for us to get over this.
I know you have to put it behind you to focus on the tournament ahead. Go Tigers!!! We wish you much success.
