Renfrow couldn't pass up the chance to be a Tiger

Hunter Renfrow had a full scholarship offer from Appalachian St., but turned that down in order to become a preferred walk-on at Clemson. Why did he make that decision? What does he say about the chance to play at Clemson? Full Story »

Which position will he play at Clemson?

Really think you'll see him at WR. I know this kid and his family....GREAT people. This kid is a great athlete!! No one will "out work" this kid. Remember his name....we are lucky to have him.

I agree. I didn't see him throw but one pass, but he is skillful runner. If he has good hands, he can contribute. He seems like a real baller, IMO, and his heart is pure Clemson!

Agree..

yes, lucky to get him, and hopefully he earns a schlorship after the 014 season, and yes, he'll play WR.

He also would give you many options as a placement holder.***

Those doubting him,

Remember that Clemson's all time leading scorer was a walk on, as well.

Just watching his highlight film. Did I see he was a kick returner as well? If so, that will answer some of Clemson's weaknesses in the return game. Kid has vision and speed that could be the difference in returning kicks. Weight training and conditioning, strap a parachute on him and have him run some heats.

A talented young man like this with the attitude he has of a willingness to help, no matter where, is a great asset. You go, Mr. Renfrow! Can't wait to see the contributions you make as a Tiger!!!
