A funny story for the alumni

2 nights ago my roommate and I were hanging out in our 6th floor room in Byrnes, 11:30 rolls by and the fire alarm goes off. The first thing we did was barrage our neighbors door screaming "Get up John (name changed) you got an 8 am!! Get up get up!!" We waited outside for about ten minutes, and were able to go back in. Well we're still hanging out and 2 am comes, my roommate just fell asleep. Another fire alarm. Again I barrage my neighbors door, reminding him of his crappy schedule, and we wait outside. Eventually they move us to the Lever basement because it's so cold, and we didn't get back into Byrnes until 3:30 A.M. Everyone has been in a funk, and my neighbor slept through his 8 am. Moral of the story: don't schedule 8 ams 5 days a week like my neighbor

Moral of the story should have been make better friends in Lever or Manning. No way I am waiting around a 2nd time to go back to my bead.

Never made that mistake again.
