Heading into an open date we have seen this year's team go 2-0 and climb to number three in the AP poll. Tomorrow I will look at some of the unanswered questions, but here is a look at what we have learned about this team today:

I was on the field and what I saw was....

.... a group that is athletic, but still confused in venables' scheme. Lots of yelling over to the sidelines, last second adjustments and still some confusion from the linebackers. When they ran off the field, they were saying things like, "I didn't get the play" and "who was supposed to cover deep..." Maybe it's like that on every sideline, but being down there, it seemed like lots of questions from our defensive players after most plays. I'll be back on the field later this year, and hope to see and hear more cohesiveness and less confusion.
