Fuller commits to Clemson
Easley (SC) running back C.J. Fuller considers himself a blue collar player, and for that reason he didn't want to make too big of a deal of his commitment to Clemson Monday evening. Full Story » |

Congratulations to CJ. Great to have another Pickens County player stay home. I have no doubt this young man will be an impact player for the Tigers. Speed and toughness, He reminds me of Ray Rice.

Great get. Let's get him in the weight room, thicken him up a bit, I think he can be an impact player.

This young man is a welcomed addition to our program. He runs north and south, and he fits our offense quite nicely, IMO. Great choice CJ!

He looks good in his videos. Another speedy back that can block when needed. However, as a general aside, I would like to see Clemson start recruiting more power backs (i.e. James Davis) for those 4th and 1 situations.
A good pick-up either way.

situations are on the OLs. Most any size back needs somewhere to go.

Cj Fuller at RB?

If Clemson doesn't land one of these backs,or similar.... Dalvin Cook, Donte Williams, Adam Choice,or Stanley Williams.
I would move Fuller to RB. Or at least give him a shot.

Williams still doesn't have a committable offer from us just yet because there were questions about his character off the field but he's done better I've heard and there is interest from both sides. After the summer camps he might get an offer and I wouldn't be surprised to see him commit if that happens.

Dabo will extend an official offer to Stanley when he is convinced the charecter troubles are over.
IF he mans up (Williams) and gets his act together, he will get an official offer from Clemson and he is very interested in getting one. His recruitment is between us and UGA at this point.
With Dabo "everything matters" and Williams being a Tiger is totally up to him. Dabo isnt a "Get him on Campus, we will work on him" kind of coach. Dabo is a no nonsense coach that looks at charecter/academics first. I.E....Mike Bellamy.
We have Ogelsby and now Fuller. We have room for I believe, one more, and I would LIKE it to be Williams.....but not if it means Bellamy part II.
GO TIGERS!!!!
