Reed fulfills his dream of coaching at Clemson
New secondary coach Mike Reed said he watched the Tigers play at FSU last season, and told his wife that he would love to coach at Clemson. Three months later, he got that chance. What does he say about his philosophy? What are his thoughts on Clemson's secondary? In part one of a three-part series, he answers those questions. Full Story » |

I am anxious to see if Robinson and Breeland can improve their techniques. Both receive too many interference calls. Their improvement or lack thereof will determine how good Coach Reed is.

Impressive guy, and I agree big time with him about coaching

the position you played. I've never understood hiring a guy and having him coach something he never did as a player. You see it in college and the NFL. Heck, I've seen guys coaching offense that played defense and vice versa. That's nuts. Knowledge doesn't trump experience. Having both is deadly!!

Yes, I know on signing day the pictures were from a secretary / assistants office. But you have to admit it was funny to see his smiling pic with a signed fax and a mess of Twilight posters behind him.
