Either commit and shut it down or don't commit at all! Can't stand this stuff.

Unless, of course, I change my mind, or find something else I like better.

It's not like it's unheard of.

Leaving a wife and kids is not unheard of. It is unacceptable, however. Commitment is not a hard concept, but it is a concept that needs to be explained to a lot of people. Just because someone is young doesn't mean they should get a pass when it comes to living up to one's word. If this guy is not a man of his word, I hope he finds what he is looking for somewhere else. I had rather have a team of guys who are trustworthy. JMO, but lack of character is one of the many things wrong with the world today.

"Yearby, who has been offered by Alabama"
Apr 5, 2013, 12:23 PM

What on God's green earth does Bama have to do with the discussion? It's like being offered by Bama is an indicator of how good you are...absurd

Isn't Yearby Commmitted to FSU
Apr 5, 2013, 8:20 PM
|
|
I could be wrong as I'm just going off what I've read many months back but isn't Yearby committed to FSU. If so, then you are going to see both of these guys go back on their words. Neither one should committ or maybe one will switch to Clemson or the other to FSU.
We better just get used to all of this although that is easier said than done. I don't think you can get used to it.

I think he decommitted from FSU and is now looking at the U

However, if I were Yearby, i'd be leery of committing to a school that may impose bowl bans for several seasons.

I think this is now the situation.Yearby now recruiting Cook to the U..IMHO it will be almost impossible to keep Cook. I do think we should get after Yearby with and offer NOW!!

I don't think it will be impossible to hold to Cook b/c

I've heard this time and time again about recruits wanting to play together and then still going their separate ways on NSD. I do however think it would be wise to get Yearby up here on a vist, maybe during Spiller's camp. The kid looks like a baller unless the coaches know something I don't (very likely).
