I have the impression that Ryan Carter had a silent offer and gave a silent commitment. Dabo did not want to give any indication that Carter was offered for Nkimdiche. I don't think Carter was ever shown as being offered by Clemson, and he waited till 12:15 to sign. Korn made it sound like tonight that Carter was offered for Robert but it did not work.
