I hope if he comes, he does not run his yapper like his father. Wonder if he is into feet like his old man?

it's not like there are aspects to TT's game he needs to develop. ;)

Doesn't exactly sound like 'hot pursuit', so I wouldn't...

Jan 25, 2013, 2:14 PM

...worry too much about it. If he's willing to be a preferred walk-on, then I welcome him with open arms. If he's not, I doubt the coaches will waste much more time on him.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

How many * does he have?

Jan 25, 2013, 12:46 PM

If he is a 1* or 2*, not worth the drama. Give me a 5* with drama any day.

Jan 25, 2013, 1:18 PM

is embarrassing as a Tiger Fan to think that an adult would actually make some of the comments (regarding these young players) that we read on here from day to day.

Please don't call yourself Tiger fans. Our standards are set much higher than what you represent.

amen, amen, amen. i get chastised all the time for complaining about the morons on this board. it is actually very embarrassing to think a so called fan could say some of the things they do.

I could not agree more. We are talking about young men who are expressing their hopes and we should be encouraging them. I hope the Ryan boy attends Clesmon and I feel certain he will be a strong advocate for our program.

That would give us 3 from NY area. Might open doors to NE

u got that right.....some people aren't satisfied unless they are bitching about something. Same ones that sit in the stands and ##### the whole time.

GREAT networking opportunity for our staff.

Jan 25, 2013, 2:11 PM

Bring him in as a walk-on. Kid will probably be a coach someday. All the while, the Clemson coaches get inside football knowledge from one of the better defensive minds in the NFL in Buddy, Rex and Rob Ryan. Win/Win for everybody.

Dear Recruits

Jan 25, 2013, 2:25 PM

If any of you read this board (and I'm told many do), please ignore the negative recruiting comments posted here. Please know that if our coaches are interested in you and you decide to come to Tiger Town, you will be welcome by the Clemson family. This forum is not representative of most Clemson fans – and many of these people posting negative comments about you are not even Clemson fans in the first place, but rather trolls from our rival schools.

Welcome to Clemson! We hope you fall in love with this special place.

I do believe gamecocks get on here at at a feeble attempt to sabotage. Be a Tiger and you wont regret it. If not, take a full ride at The Citadel and play every down. Either would be great.

Jan 26, 2013, 9:18 AM

His uncle got canned, his dad should have. If he is anything like either you don't want him. Rex will try to control the team from his Jets office. Heck even Buddy was a pain.

this is sad, i play HS with him hes 140lbs no talent, daddy buys the spot

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I welcome this kid to Tiger Town

Jan 26, 2013, 11:24 AM

He has had to some coaching up from his dad or uncle growing up, so he has a good football IQ I presume and general knowledge of the game, which most high school kids don't have even a lot of these 4 star and 5 star kids don't know the ins and outs of the game they just have that raw talent that has to be developed but if this kid has a very good knowledge of the game, he could start right away, instead of RS like a lot of highly rated recruits do until they learn the play book and learn how to read what a offense is planning to do instead of looking confused on the field. He may or may not make it in the defense but you still have offense and special teams as well, I say give the kid a chance let him prove himself it's not costing Clemson anything and Clemson could be getting a steal with this kid you never know.
