At the beginning of his speech, he started talking about how anybody who played sports knows about going to the restroom and "doing whatever you needed to do" in there. Made me chuckle.

It wouldn't take much for BD to pump someone up because even the smallest of the small things he gives 110% and there isn't many guys like him at all. I can only think of one other person that can do what BD does in the motivational department and that's Ray Lewis but if I'm forgetting anyone I'm sorry but they are the only 2 to me that can do what they do. There's a lot of people that try to hold their candle to BD and RL's inferno but those guys give me goosebumps listening to them while all I am doing is sitting on my couch.... PRICELESS....
