Syracuse introduced him to his favorite rapper? Are you kidding me? How is this not an NCAA recruiting violation? I guess French Montana, which is a lady's name by the way, happened to be on the Syracuse campus at the same time that Ogundeko was. I guess we wooed over Ben Boulware by introducing him to George Strait when he came in on a visit.

or something like that, if a recruit was on campus while we had Wiz Khalifa I would bet any ammount of money that they would go to the show

Not sure if you have heard of Chandler Jones...Left Syracuse a year early to get drafted first round last year by the Patriots... Candidate for rookie of the year on one of the best teams in the NFL...I think Ebenezer will chose Clemson because he grew up liking Clemson apparently but should be a dog fight for his servies.. Syracuse just landed one of his best friends RB Gus Edwards and many of his other friends from NYC are already on the team.Plus his parents will be able to come see him more often at Cuse but we'll see on Jan 5th..Good luck although i think Clemson is in a better spot with or without EBO..Not to mention u stole one from us last year in QB Chad Kelly..Thx for that as we landed better QB this year Elite 11 QB from Texas Zach Allen

It is a lot closer to home for him. I know that he says distance is not a factor, but still. The 1 common denominator in the whole thing is Clemson is still in the mix. Maybe he can just ride with Robinson after the game straight to Clemson. I do think that he will be a Tiger come January.

"French Montana"?
Dec 19, 2012, 1:47 AM

I know I could Google it, but why bother.
I'm middle aged, white, and grew up in rural South Carolina; probably not going to be able to relate to whatever French Montana is "laying down" (I think that is the vernacular).
I guess I could claim to be a bit worldly having lived in Atlanta, Seattle, and now SoCal, but I'm still a middle aged, white guy.
Oh well, I'm going to go back to listening to Neil Young on iTunes. Night all.

Will somebody please remind this kid he can visit Syracuse

when he goes home on breaks from school. There will plenty of oppotunities to have a fun weekend in Syracuse. He needs to come to Clemson to make good choices for football and life. Unless French Montana is planning on getting him into the NFL. Then I can see where it might be 50/50...

the most important thing in this article was when he said "there's just something about Clemson". Welcome Ogundeko, if you think that about Clemson now, just wait until you get here.

As long as we stay in the top 2 and he keeps switching the other school, I'd say we're in good shape
