Jenkins uses his best recruiting pitch on defensive prospects

Clemson 2013 wide receiver commit Ryan Jenkins sat with three of Clemson's biggest defensive prospects - Montravius Adams, Carl Lawson and Ebenezer Ogundeko - during the South Carolina game and gave them his best recruiting pitch. Why? He wants to win a National Championship. Full Story »

I love hearing this from out commits!

If our commits think they chose a great school then they should want to tell everyone about why they chose it, especially our big time targets!

our commits... sorry***

Line up this guy for a job on the team in four years.

We need guys with this attitude to replace our recruiters when they move on to head coaching jobs.

Wouldn't it be nice if they were ALL like this!***

Lawson = Instant pass rush off the end...

kid is a pass rusher for real. Nkemdiche would be another good one. Adams is another no-doubter. Add alexander and baker to this list and i'm set for Christmas.

There is some talk that Lawson may be better than RN.

Rivals has an article about Lawson pushing RN out of the #1 overall spot.

Lawson's tape is more impressive than RN IMHO. He looks to be faster (also, smaller...so makes sense), and he uses his hands phenomenally well for a kid his age.

and don't forget about Shaq Lawson----he will contibute

Maybe Jenkins can play CB

Posted: Dec 5, 2012 11:36 AM

Then we might have brothers playing together, like the Bostics

I would love to see some guys as tough as Joe and Jeff were...and still are

Or like the Fullers at VT

Ryan: Please tell your brother we are praying for his

injury, and want to see him back on the field next year.

I am proud of you for wanting to be a Tiger!

Just don't let the recruits get on T-net - reading most of the BS would scare them off.

Every sports message board on the Internet is like this. If that's the case, they won't be able to play college ball.

Those 3 guys are pretty much the missing links on this team***

Alexander, Crowder, ....***

Posted: Dec 5, 2012 1:24 PM

I agree with Alexander but Crowder not so much

Posted: Dec 5, 2012 3:22 PM

Alexander could start from day one. Crowder, while a nice pick up, isn't likely to break the two deep as a freshmen. He'd most definitely take a RS.

RS or not, games are simply won in the trenches***

Nm

Yes but I wouldn't call him a missing piece

Our OG have been very good this year. It's the OT position that we need a bit more depth at imo

I hope he is a good salesman! Does he look much more muscled up than he used to. Kid has been working out, it seems, and I'm glad. He will need those extra muscles to help us get to another level.
