How much money does a guy need? Well for Dabo it's only so much and beyond that, why not reward your supporting cast that makes you and the football program look so good? There are companies out there that adopt the same philosophy of pushing the financial excess downward through the ranks to reward even those workers at the very lowest levels: they are the most sought after places to work in the world (but they are rare). Smart. Very smart.

Ladies and Gentlemen this is a prime example of a leader. I'm glad we have a coach that believes so much in what he is trying to accomplish that he literally puts his own money on the line. His commitment to Clemson speaks volumes to his character and makes me proud to have him as our coach!

I knew Saban makes 4 bazillion, so I couldn't believe that our other salaries made up the difference.

Dabo is The Man. Can you imagine the loyalty he must have built up in his coaches?
