I tend not to check with the state for approval before I eat some place. Heck, I'd like to cover a Papa John's pizza in Chik-Fil-A nuggets. How good would that be?

If you boycott Papa John's, then you are only hurting the existing employees that are trying to work. They'll get let go and then no one at PJ's will have a job. Unemployment for everyone.
Our country has become a nation of handouts.

This analysis does not include all the cost increase.

Suppliers will have to increase prices as well creating an acceleration of price escalation down the supply chain.

Nobody is complaining about paying an extra fifty cents for a crappy pizza, it's the pathetic public whining of a man who lives in a freaking castle.

Yes, Poppa Johns is the best pizza at the best price of any of the chains. No one is even close. You only hurt yourself by not eating there. GET A LIFE!

I set up camp across the street covering these courageous students battling the cold. On Monday morning we were awoke by the ROTC. Those crazy kids doing jumping jacks at 6 in the morning. Tuesday saw brutal winds and today was a bitterly cold day. Tomorrow the tickets will be handed out at 7:30. I will have complete coverage starting at 6. Now back to you P

Students have been out there since Sunday. We put ours out at 4 pm Sunday and there were already at least 15-20 tents in front of us.

Now if you leave to go to class, do you lose your spot?
Do you have to stay with the tent at all times?

Doesn't have to be the same person, but you can't leave the spot vacant.

Nov 15, 2012, 8:25 AM

Not all students sit on the hill. Student seats range from the hill to the upper deck. I imagine students are camping out for the BEST student seating and to get lower deck seats.

All students don't automatically get a ticket, and they're not all on the hill.

These are IPTAY collegiate club members
Nov 15, 2012, 8:48 AM
[ in reply to Question about Student tickets ] |
|
Generally, the underclassmen will join the IPTAY collegiate club because it gives them a better show at lower deck seats. These tickets are handed out 9 days before the game (the Thursday of the week prior).
The regular student ticket distribution for seniors will begin Monday morning. So, another camping line may get set up (probably after the NCSU game) for this distribution. The juniors can get theirs on Tuesday...Sophs and Freshman on Wednesday (I'm not sure if that's the same for next week with the holiday and all). But you can see why a freshman or sophomore would try and take advantage of the IPTAY block seating if possible. I think the lower level seats are generally gone by Tuesday.

brings back strong memeories.
Back in the day (I know, here we go again) it was done at the library and we all just wrapped the line around it . It was a ton of fun (serious fun , if ya know what I mean) unless you had a test the next day.
Hardest ticket in my day . ORANGE BOWL (and I scored)
