have that one doubt that so many have had.

Here's my point. A lot of kids have taken the pressure of this bib decision with some shakiness. But the one's that stayed the course and played up to their own potential and kept a presence of greatness, not egotism, in mind - have done some great things here at Clemson.

A short list that comes to mind:

- CJ Spiller is a big one. Things were shaky for a moment - he thought about a transfer to UF. That didn't happen. But, look what did. Retired Jersey and ROH shoe in.

- James Davis. Actually left school for a week, and thought about staying home in Atl. What happened to him. Became great and doesn't regret it,

- Gaines Adams. Lots of stuff I remember surrounding him, as I was from the same town. Big story in Greenwood. Why aren't the Shamecocks recruiting him when their ever saavy ex-QB tannyhill is his coach? Blah blah blah.... He thought about UNC hard from what I understand as Peppers was his idol. Glad we held onto that.

And so on really. It happens folks. This kid made the best decision by decommitting for now. If he really chooses Clemson in the long run, and barring injury or worse, he will be another Clemson great! He will have chosen this school for the reasons we all understand and love about it already. Something he already has felt. Let the tide run it's course. Let him see other schools. Let his best friends, family confidant, brother, mother, media, etc... try and persuade him. At number 1 in the country at anything, you garner that attention. The craziness happens. (i.e. Bama last night) Think about how they feel losing number 1 (ranking). I bet only 30%40% of fans actually keep up with recruiting seriously enough to know the impact of losing such a kid. Their whole fan base is ready poison trees today.

Any way. Just some analogies of trying to put perspective on what has become so crazy as of late. I would just say calm down. Enjoy the fall. Enjoy being 9-1. Win out. Stomp the dirk peckers in 2 weeks! And see what happens. At worst, the kid has give another reason to put Clemson on the map. No news is bad news in the press. Attention on Clemson will bring curiosity from other highly ranked kids in the fiture with Clemson being said on ESPN every 30 minutes for RN's decision(s).

GO TIGERS!!!
