I know CJ did it and did it masterfully, without getting hurt. But this is Andre, there's no reason to put him out there and significantly increase his chances of injury.
Also, I don't really like Sammy on punt return. I'm kind of conservative I guess when it comes to return men, but I think Bryant, Peake, Brown, etc would be better options. Sammy takes a lot more snaps in the offense than he does on special teams, and we need him there more than returning a few kicks per game.

These kids were promised they would have a shot at those positions during their recruitment. If they're the best at that position, how does a coach go back on his promise made during recruitment? A coach's word means a helluva lot for these guys & for the new recruits. That's the main reason Ellington came back...he was told he could do that to better himself in that position for the NFL.
Bottom line, a coach's promise goes a long way!

Sammy and Martavis on KO returns, Humphries as the

primary punt returner. Save Andre for the offense. Sammy as a KO return guy is a game changer, and Humphries has got that scrappy side to him with a little bit of a chip on his shoulder playing behind Sammy and all. Nuke took too many FC's last year, though his hands were excellent.

Swinney just tied venables hands with his statement today bout steward,,,I really think the best thing for steward is to redshirt him but oh well
