The buyout is not an issue. The Big XII is also going to have a "quite substantial" boost from adding 11 and 12.
More than anyone knows.

85 - I read that whole article and it seems crazy that the FSU prez would put together a 2 hour presentation for the BOT discussing divisional realignment in the ACC, the negative academic issues of the Big 12 and positives of the ACC, the increase travel costs of moving to Big 12 and lack of alumni in Big 12 country; and maybe most important, his insistence that a playoff should require participants to be conference champions, something the Big 12 and SEC are against.
If we are to believe York, then this 2 hour presentation was merely "misinformation" and cover to hide the imminent move to Big 12 in a few weeks.

And neither is fsu. We are right where we need to be. We are winning conference championships in the acc......that aint happening in the big 12 and fsu knows it too.
