"IDIOT POSTER OF THE MONTH SO FAR...GWP-- You have won IPM Award for your failure to completely comprehend a clear post & then choose to attack someone who points out your ignorance. While you are not yet in the same No Class Catagory as deRoberts, ClemTiger117 & Tigerdug23, you are getting closer to the Sewer Dwellers." - coachmac

I'm not calling you a coot. But that was surely a cootish comment:)

Excellent! I had wondered if CJ's presence in Buffalo had

any influence on Kelly's decision. I guess it helped, and it certainly didn't hurt! This just further shows how much of a family Clemson really is.

Yep. CJ will coach him speed, and how to throw a football!

copying and pasting one line from a kid's facebook page or a twitter account and trying to pass that off as a story is just lazy.

Representatives of Athletic Interest (CJ)

Posted: Jun 23, 2011 8:26 AM

Representatives of Athletic Interest are prohibited from making in-person, on- or off-campus recruiting contacts, or written or telephonic communications with a prospective student-athlete or prospective student-athlete's relatives or legal guardians.

The NCAA definition of a “representative of athletics interest” is any individual that is presently or has
ever:
• Participated in promoting the institution's athletic program
• Attended Clemson University

I think they'll be fine explaining that two football players throwing on a field in the off-season was far from what the NCAA considers a recruiting contact. I mean if Connor Shaw (sp?) had thrown around with Sidney Rice before he signed for USC, I wouldn't have cared. With the days of twitter and Facebook, the NCAA is hardly concerned with someone's decision on how to spend their free time. Now throwing improper benefits at players, and oversigning (two things coaches are responsible for), that should be severely punished.

Also, you (BuffaloCreekTiger) may agree with my post... Not an attack towards you... Just my opinions on the matter.

I was thinking this would be some sort of violation, unfortunately. I guess we'll see how it plays out.

gosh, let me think. does clemson have a compliance department. i think they do. i would imagine what cj and chad do will be perfectly legal and above board.

Somebody needs to run this by compliance to make
