Their schedule is pathetic, but I think they pass the "eye test". However, how many Big 10 teams have passed the eye test before and been slaughtered in the play-off ...... think Michigan State and Ohio State the past two years. It happened all the time in the SEC before they were exposed as mostly frauds ..... i.e. Mississippi State the year that GT woodshedded them in the bowl game!
