As long as he's patient, they've gotta give him a chance to put us up, or they'll walk the lead off guy. Then it gets tricky because do you use a pinch runner and risk his bat not being in if we play several extras?

That would've been an interesting scenario. Had that happened I pinch run for him. No doubt about it. At coastal we wouldn't have been able to hold them for 2 or 3 innings until seth's bat came back up anyways.
