And 5 other aunts in years past... Maybe he's sincere. I admit that I don't know his heart... Bless him if he is sincere, but this commercial freaks me out...

Commercials seem wayyy over acting... and that lady at the end (i think shes a founder) grosses me out. I think they mislead people who are sad.

Nail Biter! Dude! Let me guess, you are under 25! St Jude is awesome! That lady is the daughter of the founder who donated millions. That lady that freaks you out has used her connections as an actress to raise millions. By the way, that lady is a famous actress from sitcom "That Girl" in the 60's. Yes that was before I was born but that lady is 81yrs old. She looks better than some of the 40yr old Coots in Columbia.
That said, I'm a survivor and was diagnosed in 2010 and given 6mos in 2012. Yes, I am sensitive to the issue because I have done more chemo than anyone can imagine but I'm still alive.
But don't talk chit or make fun of people who are trying to raise money for a good cause! One day you will learn how fragile your life is and when you do I hope you remember TigerBigBass giving you heck! Cancer is a life changing word when it's you! Hopefully you'll be more sensitive next time you see this or any other ads offering free healthcare to very sick kids! Hopefully you don't make fun of the Ronald McDonald House? One day you will understand! Grow up and realize people are doing great things for others!

My sincere condolences on the loss of your mom and aunts. St Jude’s is an awesome hospital and I don’t have any problem with Strahan in this commercial. Marlo Thomas, however, has just had way too much plastic surgery to look normal for her age. I can see she does look kind of creepy but her work is sincere and has helped millions. If you aren’t old enough to remember her, I can see how it comes off as odd. Support their work anyway as it’s lifesaving for so many.
