Keep him at 4th string and bring him in a little later after D gets tired trying to deal with our first 3 backs. Seems to work really well.

I don't care if he doesn't know all of the play book and misses a block occasionally they have to figure out a way to keep him on the field longer and get him more carries. IMHO.
