I think mine came via ESSO. You got a "Free Steak Knife" with each fill-up (8 gallons or more).
Boy, for a $2.40 tank of gas they had BETTER give you a free gift. Got some nice placemats also.

The ones I got were plastic and white and look just like the fork and the spoon. I'm hoping the 15K upgrade are a little nicer...

I got the screws then. I cut his yard twice and press washed his driveway and he only gave me half a set.
