The ACC deserves a lot of credit for the GOR a lot because it's been a 11-year journey, and had we had a different conference or a newer young commissioner at the time, it wouldn't have happened. There'd been no chance. So that's obviously been a spot the ACC brass has to have been thinking about, a little bit of a sore spot at times for them because I think that that's gone not as noticed as they would like.

that anyone would sign an important document, like a long term Grant Of Rights WITHOUT getting a copy of the effing documents.

That is being foolish and sloppy. Long term hands tied and YOU don't demand and get a copy? More than stupid, it was a complete dereliction of responsibility. Stunningly stupid!

Maybe there was a whole lot of alcohol involved?

Maybe we should sue whoever agreed to THAT particular detail. Seriously.

I htink our best shot at this point is to forfeit all of our games in ALL sports until the ACC releases us from our agreement. There is nothing in the GOR that says we can not do this, and the result is the same for the ACC, a loss of TV revenue. Eventually, they will get the message and release us into the SEC.
